Epiphytic plant, short, pseudobulbs tufted, globose to conical, ca. 2 cm long, ca. 8 mm wide, apical leaf.

Leaf blade narrowly elliptic suboblong, apex obtuse, ca. 4 cm long, ca. 7-8 mm wide.
Pedicel slender, ca. 5 cm long, bracts lanceolate, ca. 6-7 mm long, umbellate inflorescence sparsely flowered ca. 6, shorter than leaves, flowers medium in size, middle sepals ovate-oblong, slightly obtuse, white with 3 deep purple veins, lateral sepals linear lanceolate, reddish brown, acuminate, ca. 2-2.5 cm long, abaxially densely needle-like projections, petals broadly elliptic or elliptic, obtuse, ca. 3-4 mm long, with 3 veins, color similar to upper sepals, labial lobes curved, oblong, obtuse, glabrous, with tubules, ca. 2 mm long, red or deep red, pistil column wide, ca. 1.5 mm long, denticulate, acuminate.
